We are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to help drive our sales efforts and contribute to our continued growth.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our company. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales deals. With a focus on customer service and satisfaction, you will work closely with potential clients to understand their roofing needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through various channels, including  networking, lead generation and occasional door-knocking.
• Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to assess their roofing needs and provide expert guidance and recommendations.
• Meet with insurance adjusters onsite to  ensure thorough inspection and approval of repair or replacement funds as necessary.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our roofing products and services.
• Ensure seamless execution and delivery of roofing projects according to client specifications and timelines.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details using our CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through project completion and beyond.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
